20% Restocking Fee

Return within 30 days. A 20% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.

In all cases: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. An RMA number is required before any return will be accepted.

How to Return — RMA Process

  1. Request an RMA number. Contact us within 30 days of delivery by phone at 1-888-618-9692 or email buyomnix@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will issue an RMA number within 1–2 business days.
  2. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Returns received without a visible RMA number will be refused and returned to sender.
  3. Ship the item at your expense. Pack it securely using the original packaging where possible. We recommend using a trackable carrier. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
  4. We inspect and process the refund. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue your refund within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
    • Unopened items in original sealed condition: 100% of purchase price refunded.
    • Opened items: purchase price less a 20% restocking fee.
    • Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, contact us immediately. In these cases we will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement at your choice — no restocking fee applies. A photo of the issue helps us file a carrier claim and resolve things faster.

Return Conditions

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original condition — no further use, salon use, or damage beyond what prompted the return.
  • All original accessories, documentation, and packaging must be included.
  • Returns shipped without a valid RMA number will be refused.
  • RMA numbers are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Contact us to extend if needed.
